Can you send a gift directly on my behalf?

Absolutely!  We will gift wrap for no extra charge and include a card as well.  Simply leave a note in checkout that your purchase is a gift and that you would like it wrapped, along with the message you would like the card to say and be sure to add the recipient's address in the shipping address.

Why is it showing Canadian currency when I go to check out?

While browsing our shop you have the option to select from 5 different currencies and prices will be displayed in the one you select, however once you checkout prices will revert back to Canadian dollar.  Not to worry!  This is equal to the amount you were seeing in your currency based on live exchange rates and your credit card provider automatically converts it back to your home currency.  For example if you choose US currency and a bracelet shows $10US but at checkout its showing $13CAD, you are still being charged $10US.  The $13 is just the equivalent in our home currency.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Our general processing time is 2-8 business days, however if you need something sooner please send us a message to see if it can be accommodated. 

The following are estimated ship times.  Again, if you need something by a particular date please message us so we can advise.  Upgraded shipping is also available upon request.

Shipping estimates are as follows:

CANADA- shipped via Canada Post usually 2-7 business days but can take up to 14 business days. Please keep in mind holidays can delay mail slightly.

Purolator/Tracked 1-3 business days.

USA- we ship via USPS. First class mail is usally 2-5 business days. 

ALL OTHER INTERNATIONAL countries 7-21 business days. These are estimated. Some have arrived sooner and some longer.

AUSTRALIA please note we have noticed that shipments here are unpredictable. Some arrive in as little as 2 weeks and others up to 8 weeks!

Can I pick up my order instead of shipping?

Yes, simply select the  local pick up option when checking out to pick up in Ajax.

What if I don't have a PayPal account?

PayPal is just one option of payment we offer and you DO NOT need an account to use it.  It's a safe and secure way to pay, protecting both buyer and seller.  

We also offer many other methods of payment including E transfer.  Simply begin the checkout process by filling out the required info and you will be directed to other payment options.


Do you accept custom orders?

Yes, we do accept them however depending on the time of year and our workload we may be limited on the number of custom orders we can take on.  Please message us to discuss.
